Founder
Zach Nussbaum founded Quantum Leap Solutions. His background spans technology, operations, business strategy and infrastructure development, primarily with high-growth companies managing complex buildouts and rapid scaling.
His work focuses on fast-changing sectors, particularly AI, digital finance and automation. He helps leadership teams turn strategy into working operations and build organizations that scale.
He works closely with founders and executive teams, bringing structure to operational problems in fast-moving environments.
We believe durable growth requires sound infrastructure, well-designed systems and capable leadership.
The firm began in fintech infrastructure, working on technical buildouts for financial businesses. In that work, the technology was seldom the main difficulty. The greater challenge was helping people adopt new systems and continue to perform well through the change.
We broadened the practice in response. Today we combine fintech and systems experience with leadership, change and culture work.
How the firm is organized
Clients work directly with senior advisors throughout each engagement. For larger programs, we bring in specialists in fields such as engineering, data and organizational psychology, selected for the specific work.
This structure keeps our team small and lets us staff each engagement to its actual requirements.
